FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ´s)

Are estimates free with AOGN Construction CORP?

Yes. When you get an estimate from Noah Construction for your upcoming home remodeling project, you’ll get access to our team of talented professionals. Noah Construction takes pride in their craft and enjoys using their many years of construction experience to benefit our clients – no matter the size or scope of your project. The day of the “salesman” is long gone. When you invite AOGN Construction Corp, into your home,  A. Naula, the owner of AOGN Construction Corp, will accord courtesy to you and your property, and provide the knowledge to educate you on the best way to go about your project. He will answer all of your questions, offer ideas, and provide you with an honest, up-front, detailed estimate.

What can we expect from an estimate from AOGN Construction Corp?

On your first appointment, AOGN Construction Corp, comes to your home to take measurements, see the layout of your home, and sit with you to go over your wants and needs for the project (your “Wish List”.) Certain items need to be checked… electric, heat, plumbing, etc. After this, we go to work for you, the client. AOGN will come up with a design and layout for your home. This will consist of an all-inclusive bid on your job. This is what separates us from the others. Our bid is the final price on your project. There are no oversights. After we present the initial proposal, we will set up a second appointment to go over bid and layouts with you. If it is to your satisfaction, we will move forward with your project.  If things need to be changed, we will go back to the drawing board, free of charge, to make your dream a reality.

Do we need an architect, or an idea of what we want?

AOGN Construction Corp, is a full-service design-and-build organization, which means basically we are a one-stop-shop. We have drafters and engineers on staff. In addition, the owner of AOGN Construction Corp, is an Architectural Designer, so he is hands-on with all designs and structural layouts. As far as an idea, yes it helps, but you are welcome to come to us without any idea or design. This is where we excel.  Just give us a general idea of where you expect your family to grow to in the future, answer a few, basic questions, and you will be pleasantly surprised at what we come up with. We design your home for today, with tomorrow and the future in mind.

Is AOGN Construction Corp, bid an estimate/ball-park figure, or a fixed price we can count on?

This is a great question. Today, contractors routinely give low-ball prices just to sign contracts, and then later on hit you with all kinds of extras, putting you way over your budget. Here at AOGN Construction Corp, our owner is 3rd generation in the residential construction field.  We know the ins and outs of the majority of homes on Suffolk County. WHY, because we have been working on them since 2000!  Our policy is no hidden costs. Our bid is your final price (unless you add to, or take away from, your project.)

How quickly can you start my project?

The time frame can vary depending on the type of project you are doing, or if a variance is needed. Of course, the first step is yours to take to move forward with AOGN Construction Corp, After permits are approved, we can mobilize in as little as a few days. Depending on the size of the job we can be completed in 2 – 4 months.  (final paperwork and C/O may take a little longer.)

Who will running my project?

AOGN Construction Corp, employs project managers that take care of your every need. These managers oversee your project, explain the job to the crew in detail, and make certain that the correct materials are delivered. Most importantly, they keep you, the client, happy and in-the-loop. All project managers are overseen by the owner. The owner is also hands on, with regular job-site visits.
